Job Descriptions:

• Contact potential or existing customers and engage with them about our product using script over phone.
• Set up meetings that could generate into sales deals.
• Ask questions and learn about customers needs and close sales.
• Follow up and negotiate with potential or existing customers.
• Generate report for calls and monitor its progress.

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma Degree.
• Min. 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proven track record of meeting sales target via telephone.
• Proven experience in telesales representative or other sales/telemarketing position.
• Have Prospective Database (B2B) is strong point!
• Excellent pitching and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
• Able to resolve client issues and address complaints.
• Understanding both HRIS industry and SaaS market.
