Job Description :

• Continuous improvement managers analyse, maintain, and improve organizational performance. They are highly competent process managers who use a variety of skills, such as project design, leadership, and management to ensure performance and process development. They also act as process analysts, business strategists, and project supervisors.

Qualification :

• Local or Expatriates, minimum S1 Degree, and the age range of 35-45 years old.
• Minimum of 10-15 years working experience.
• A person who has significant experience in delivering and driving improvement practices in a garment manufacturing environment.
• Having attended courses like TPM/Lean and WCM will be an added advantage.
• An Industrial Engineering background in Garment Industry is a must.
• The candidate will be a critical member of the senior management team. They should have strong leadership and communication skills and will be responsible for the implementation, management, and successful operation of the continuous improvement agenda.
• Ability to communicate in English and Indonesian language is a must.
