Deskripsi Pekerjaan


Requirements : 

  1. Candidates must possess at least bachelor's degree (S1), preferably majoring in Advertising, Communication, Marketing, Business Management, Industrial Engineering with max age 30 y.o.
  2. Proven minimum 3 or more years of experience in Digital Marketing or related fields. 
  3. Have Digital Marketing capability in Paid Channel (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc) & Organic Channel (SEO, Social Media etc).
  4. Strong analytical skills and familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau etc.
  5. Strong management skills to manage campaigns & projects in marketing cycle activity.
  6. Has  leadership skill, good communication, result oriented, good analytical thinking, and willing to work under pressure and deadline to achieve targets
  7. Aggressive, fast learner, agile, smart, assertive, ability to think creatively and critically to identify and resolve problems and willing to work under pressure, deadlines, and targets.
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Ability to work within a team and independently.
  10. Outstanding ability to think creatively and strategically.
  11. Mastering CMS wordpress platform.

Job Descriptions :

  1. Recommend strategic changes and ideas to execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROAS in marketing campaigns.
  2. Lead marketing campaign cycle from brainstorming, ideation, plan, channel & funnel plotting, content building, launching until evaluation & improvement.
  3. Lead marketing project cycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring until evaluation & improvement. 
  4. Manage all marketing channels (paid or organic) & run iteration to get best marketing channels for the business.
  5. Organize and delegate tasks to track, report, and analyze all marketing campaigns.
  6. Up-to-date & active learning in the latest trends and best practices in marketing & digital marketing.
  7. Research and analyze trends, competitor, product & service value, customer persona etc.
  8. Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies.
