PT. ANUGERAH CITRA WALET INDONESIA is a company which supply high quality edible birdnest . We are currently looking for Purchasing Manager with requirement as below :

Requirements :

1.      S1 from reputable university

2.      At least 5 years working experience as Purchasing Manager, preferable experience in Food Industry

3.      Age 30 - 45 years old

4.      Undestand Mandarin and English Language is a must (verbal and written)

5.      Excellent in computer literate

6.      Highly motivated, loyal, disciplined,meticulous and responsible

7.      Strong communication skills & able to work as a team

8.      Independent and thrustworthy person

9.      Willing to work in Gunung Sindur, Bogor

10.  Able to work under pressure and deadlines

11.  Willing to work overtime if needed

Responsibilities :

1.      Responsible to all purchase related documents and goods

2.      Communicating with suppliers regarding incoming goods and delivery

3.      Make sure the item purchased is in accordance with the PO and invoice

4.      Negotiate contract term of agreementand pricing, compare and evaluate offers form suppliers

5.      Procure equipment through tender and negotiation process to obtain the competitive price

6.      Review and check purchase price

7.      Managing Purchase Budget

8.      Provide daily and monthly report
