Job Description

• Handle customers's inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Provide services to customers;
• Provide information on projects update;
• Introduce and offer existing as well as new products and services according to customers wants and needs.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
• Minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service in Peer-to-Peer Lending, Multifinance, or Perbankan
• Have good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Have persuasive skills and patient in handling customers
• Willing to work from office (TB Simatupang, Jakarta Selatan)
•  Available to intern for minimum 3 months
• Have experienced in administration or clerical duties
• Ready to work ASAP
