Lowongan SENIOR MANAGER SALES & MARKETING INDUSTRIAL ESTATE (ASIA MARKET) di PT Berkah Kawasan Manyar Sejahtera

This position has role to manage grow of non recurring income through sales of land to tenants in respective segments in accordance to agreed masterplan.

ASIA MARKET such as Beijing, Japan, Taiwan & Others.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Develop robust sales planning based on guidance from Marketing Business Development Division.

• Define criteria to identify potential tenants from heavy industry (e.g. high utility usage, strong cashflow, etc.).
• Develop way to identify all potential tenants to be put in the “leads”.
• Prepare periodic forecast & sales realization and update to respective departments.

Develop account planning for engaging potential tenants.

• Understanding potential tenants business circumstances.
• Identify possible product & pricing offering for potential tenants with long term objectives (special customers with special requirements).
• Define appropriate communication plan including appointment of key representative.

Execute account plan to achieve sales realization.

• Periodic check-ins with increased frequency based on business circumstances.
• Track sales progress against budget plan and reports to management.
• Provide proposal to potential tenants based on information gathered.
• Act as company representative for negotiation to reach an agreement.
• Provide & manage contract (SPPKT) to potential tenants until last payment received from potential tenants.
• Monitor land preparation prior to tenant handover.

Coordinate with B&C Department to develop & execute marketing initiatives.

Coordinate with Legal Division for legal matters needed (e.g. SPPKT, etc.).

Represent voice of customers and inform to Management & BD Department. 

Conduct effective risk management process and promote risk awareness.

REQUIREMENT :

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in International Business Management or Marketing with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable University.
• At least 15 years experience as Sales Marketing in Industrial Estate.
• Have ability & knowledge about Special Economic Zone (SEZ / KEK)
• Fluent in written and oral communication skills, in Mandarin & English is a MUST
• Strong leadership, independent, strong analytical thinking, good communication and good interpersonal skill.
• Willing to be placed at GRESIK, EAST JAVA
