Job Description:Helping Organization Development Staff for :
- Updating, compiling, evaluating Organizational Structure
- Develop, & evaluate Performance Appraisal & Key Performance Indicators.
- Assist in compiling Corporate Company Culture and Corporate Value programs and implementing them.
- Formulate, implement programs and policies for Career Path, Successing Plan, Company Branding, Change Management and Employee Engagement.
- Make reports, present, socialize the program.
