Requirements:

- Maximum 35 years old

- Discipline, have self motivation, high integrity, honest, detail

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree

- Experience 1 year at Freight Forwarding Industry in documentation department.

- Good knowledge in Export - Import procedure (Understand all knowledge about EXIM (PIB, PEB, Notul, HS Code, COO, INSW, E-SKA module).

- Computer proficiency and familiar with the internet.

- Fluent in English both written and spoken.

- High responsibility and able to work under pressure and tight deadline.

- Preferably have PPJK certificate

Job Description:

- Submit & Checking data EDI (PEB/PIB), manifest for Customs

- Mastering ceisa 4.0

- Mastering SSM (Draftsingle submission)

- Create document template Bill of Lading or SI.

- Checking HS code , Checking draft BL until Bill of Lading can be issued.

- Able and wiling for multi tasking job

- Cargo monitoring , Tracing shipment and truck position

- Handling complain/ problem shipment.

- Build good relations with external parties/government regarding policies related to exports and imports.

- Reporting, ETC
