Job Descriptions

• Manage compensation and benefit packages of the company to comply with the current company and government regulations
• Handle the end-to-end process of monthly payroll and tax, including disbursement, etc.
• Liaise with internal (finance department) and/or external (outsourcing, freelance, etc.) to manage end-to-end process of monthly and annual tax (PPh 21 and ESPT PPh 21)
• Liaise with internal (other departments) and/or external to align compensation and benefits packages, process and softwares
• Manage employee's benefit (e.g. private insurance, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, etc.)
• Develop and improve employee's compensation and benefit packages and process with related vendors
• Develop and improve compensation and benefit procedures and administrative tasks
• Prepare monthly and annual reports but not limited to payroll and tax report

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Management or any related field
• Deep knowledge in payroll and tax calculation, HRIS and ESPT
• Have 5 - 8 years of experience as Compensation and Benefit or similar role with minimum employees of 100
• Have a wide networking with vendors (such as outsourcing, tax consultant, etc.)
• Hands on with data
• Always updated with government regulations and labor laws
• An Expert with Microsoft Offices (especially for Microsoft Excel formulas)
• Must have experience in using ESPT PPh 21
• Completed Brevet A & B certification will be a plus
