Job Summary: As a Sales Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of sales processes, order management, and customer support. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to the overall success of our sales team in serving customers and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing:
  • Receive, review, and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, warehouse, and logistics, to fulfill orders and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Customer Support:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Address customer concerns, order status inquiries, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping:
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of sales orders, invoices, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and distribute order-related documents, such as purchase orders and delivery schedules.
  • Data Entry and Reporting:
  • Input sales data and update relevant databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Generate regular sales reports, order status updates, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to monitor stock levels and availability.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment and ensure alignment with customer orders.
  • Communication:
  • Liaise with the sales team to gather necessary information for order processing and customer support.
  • Communicate order-related information to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline sales administration processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Propose and implement improvements to optimize order management workflows.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in sales administration, order processing, or customer support.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in using office software, including MS Excel, Word, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
