Role Description

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including journals, General Ledger (GL), Profit and Loss (PnL), and Balance Sheet to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
2. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable: Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, ensuring efficient and error-free transactions.
3. System Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in accounting systems and software, utilizing them to streamline financial operations and maintain data accuracy.
4. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards while staying up to date with industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as F&A Supervisor.
• Experience in F&B Industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Team player with strong leadership qualities.

Note : This position requires on-site presence at our office in South Jakarta to collaborate closely with our team and ensure seamless project coordination.
