Lowongan General Affairs & Legal Officer di PT Meiji Indonesian Pharmaceutical Industries

Main Responsibilities:

• Well understand and mastering about General Affairs Matters
• Well Understand and mastering about Law Matters both general and specific laws that related with Employment, Business/Commercial, Civil & etc
• Capable to review & drafting legal agreements & other legal documents related with Third Parties.
• Skilled in making reports/obligations that need to fulfilled as Government requirement based on statutory regulations
• Well maintenance the license application systems related to Government
• Liaising with government agencies for corporate licenses & general licenses required.
• Skilled in managing company operational permits and Updates to laws and regulations that relate to or impact company operations
• Maintaining systematic administration for legal documents & documentations related.

  Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess bachelor’s degree in Law from reputable university with minimum GPA 3,00.
2. Having working experience in related field on Legal & Labor Law with 1-2 years experience will more preferable
3. Fluent in English both written & verbal spoken
4. Good in logical thinking, able to analyze & solve problems effective
5. Having good interpersonal and communication skills with strong leadership would be advantage.
6. Willing to be located at Bangil, Pasuruan, East Java
