Qualifications:

·        Diploma or Bachelors degree in any field.

·        Minimum 4 years experience in E-Commerce

·        Required competencies: Sales & E-Commerce function

·        Speedy and able to multitask while maintain high concentration level under deadline

·        Strong leadership skills, Excellent communication skills, presentation skill, Analytical Number skills, English (Written & Verbal)

·        Detail oriented, well organized and willing to learn.

Job Descriptions:

·        Create sales forecast and sales targets per year /month / week to control sales.

·        Create promotions and pricing strategies to boost sales and brand awareness.

·        Control sales and operations of existing various e-commerce outlet and Tiktok shops

·        Manage teams members and delegate respective duties to achieve sales target.

·        Work well with pic of each marketplaces to generate favorable branding and high sales level.

·        Analyze competitors and current trends to determine the right strategies.

·        Make a campaign plan for each brand in accordance with the campaign theme in each running e-commerce channel.

·        Analyze & monitor campaigns (flash sale, highlight, livestreaming banner promotion, broadcast, mini campaign, big campaign) that are running on each e-commerce channel.

·        Monitor each brand and the description of each product to match the item described.

·        Monitoring the achievement of daily, weekly and monthly turnover in each e-commerce channel.

·        Produce full monthly reports.
