Job description:

• Plan, strategize and ideate new content strategies and content for web and video product seekMax
• Work closely with Business Development, content creation team, external content creators as well as other teams in SEEK (e.g., Marketing, Growth, Product) to align strategy, planning, execution and analytics for content development and user retention.
• Use analytics to help internal teams develop and acquire the right content to drive user engagement on the platforms.
• Take ownership of quality control, review the content including localization assets in detail to ensure that all output, whether by internal or external content creators, adheres to standards set by the Seek team.
• View and grade all prospective and incoming content to ensure the content meets the expectations of content resonance and marketability within the platforms
• Lead the program/curation planning and aligning with internal/external content creators, marketing and publishing team.
• Implementation of workflows, prioritizing shifting content timelines and coordinating the availability of content.
• Ensure assets are received/delivered on time in line with programming schedule.
• Tracking project status and schedules, giving daily reports, raising red flags for any issues or delays, acting quickly and decisively to resolve them.
• Communicate with publishing & marketing teams on finished content assets that are ready for publishing, track and check published assets ensuring smooth playbacks and meeting set timeline.

Requirements:

• An undergraduate or higher degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, Business, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' working experience in content creation with proven track record of delivering results
• Analytical - structured thinker who places emphasis on data-driven decision-making
• Sound judgement and decision-making ability able to operate autonomously and provide clear, decisive guidance when consulted
• Customer-centric mindset always striving to meet customer needs, viewing the journey from their perspective and mindfully incorporating their feedback into solutions wherever possible
• Strong communicator and compelling storyteller able to narrate a convincing, insight-based, customer-centric story
• Innovator continuously seeks to improve the status quo, conceives creative solutions to business problems and is willing to take a calculated risk to test them out early and often
• Industry knowledge exhibits a keen awareness of customer desires, market trends and competitor offerings, with the ability to apply this knowledge practically
• Experience working in an OTT streaming content video-on-demand platform or e-learning video platform will be a plus
• Experience in using MS Excel or other software for the purpose of content curation
• Fluent in English and 1 or more local languages in our markets
