Lowongan Grade Control Superintendent di PT Halmahera Sukses Mineral

Responsibility :

1. Lead, direct and supervise all mining operational activities related to stripping ratios and ore getting according to set targets.
2. Control and ensure the quality of nickel ore content by contractors according to the targets set.
3. Quickly decide and provide solutions to operational problems that arise in accordance with the set deadlines.
4. Ensure and control the implementation of HSE programs and policies in all areas of supervision.
5. Prepare and ensure Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) and Work Instructions (IK) are running well.
6. Develop, socialize, summarize and make reports related to the ore getting plan and nickel grade.
7. Developing subordinates and providing training on an ongoing basis in accordance with the company strategy.
8. Develop, control, make report on all operational activities.

Requirement :

1. Maximum age of 45 year
2. Minimum S1 Geological Engineering
3. Able to operate computer software well M. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and technical software.
4. Minimum 3 years experience in the same position in the nickel mining industry
5. Having certificate POP or POM is preferred.
6. Leadership, agile, analytical, forward thinking, focused, energetic.
7. Willing to be placed in all areas of the company with a roster system, 8 (eight) wee of work and 2 (two) week of field break.
