Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree all major.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in the supply chain management
• MS Office
• Negotation skills
• Must have very good verbal skills.
• Must have excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to get the job done, especially when important deadlines are needed

Responsibilities :

• To respon all AC-PR, PR and PRD from batam office and site, and circulate to PTVP and PSO to review and get approval.
• To follow up approved PR an PRD by searching the most potential vendor with the best price, delivery and payment term in official quatation.
• To evaluate the quatation and negotation to get the best price, delivery, term and condition, to create PO.
• Monitor good delivery and/or services completion, update Purchase Order Monitoring Dashboard.
