Job Responsibilities:

  • Take care of all personal things of CEO
  • Manage and organise meetings and appointments
  • Book and arrange travel, transport or accommodation
  • Organise and coordinate events and conferences
  • Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
  • Remind the leaders /employees of important tasks and deadlines
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Assisting in Personal Matters and run errands as requested
  • Ensure CEO is well briefed/ prepared for meetings, event, function or photo sessions

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must have at least a (Degree, Diploma, SMK, D3), or equivalent in a related field
  • <5> years of work experience in a related field preferred
  • Must have (fluent) spoken and written (English, Bahasa Indonesia)
  • Must have (advance) knowledge of (Microsoft Office)
  • Must have active listening and good communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong time-management and organization skills
  • Resourceful person, always making sure things are being done
  • Discrete and trustworthy
