Lowongan Procurement Staff di PT Winning Logistik Indonesia

We are looking for candidates of Procurement Staff who will ;

Responsibility :

1. Ensuring all Procurement documents (PO, DO, Invoice) are properly managed
2. Following up released PO related to the delivery time.
3. Providing procurement assistance for all departments.
4. Prepare Procurement reports and submit to Procurement Manager as per timeline
5. Liase with Technical Administrator on Monthly report on ship budget vs actual expenses.

Minimum Requirement;

1.      Bachelor degree in Maritime studies / Naval Architect / equivalent

2.      Minimum 1 years of working experience as Procurement Staff.

3.      Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

4.      Working knowledge of Procurement / Purchasing.

5.      Fluent in English, both speaking and writing (Able to speak Mandarin is advantage).

6.      Attention to detail

7.      Target oriented

8.      Strong communication, analytical & interpersonal skill.

9.      Self-driven, high energy with ability to work independently and performance-oriented.

10.  Intermediate in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Power-point, Word, outlook).
