Specification :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication/IT/Computer Science
• Having minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing NOC Fiber Optic system
• Deep understanding and professional experience in network concepts, server computing, telecommunication technology
• Familiar with organizational development 
• Strong Leadership, time management skill, and problem solving
• Excellent communication skill including interpersonal communication, service excellence, and consulting skill

Jobs & Responsibilities

• Responsible to manage all activity of NOC Fiber Optic (FO) system
• Monitor dan supervise NOC daily activity (24x7x365) i.e. ticketing, escalating, communicating with customers, shifting operation and personnel
• Responsible for fulfilling SLA and SLG from customers
• Responsible to monitor Fiber Optic infrastructure system activity and its performance
• Develop policy as well as SOP of NOC system & ensure the operation of NOC are in accordance with established policies & SOP
