Main Purpose of Job:
- The Supervisor, Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible to maintain close relationship with Dealers, Sales Engineer, and Customer of the Company.
- The Supervisor, Sales Coordinator will also provide administrative support to the Commercial Business department.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as the key contact point for all assigned dealers for any sales requests or inquiries.
- Follow established guidelines or checklists to answer routine internal and external customer enquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately.
- Perform simple background research on dealers and customer, prospective customers, competitors, and industry trends to support the Sales team's activities.
- Enter data into online databases to maintain up-to-date customer records.
- Track the status of orders and deliveries.
- Generate monthly sales reports and statistics. Make simple calculations to accurately compile and report statistics.
- Support Sales Admin section in collection of dealers payment.
- Collect market information and analysis for assigned products, and assist the Sales team to create action plans or activities to achieve sales targets.
- Any other duties within the Marketing Division as assigned by Management.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to express oneself clearly in conversations, interactions and business writing with others. This includes, where applicable, good business level communication skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills etc.
- Ability to look for and seize profitable business opportunities, and willing to take calculated risks to achieve business goals.
- Has a focus on understanding and delivering value to external and/or internal customers. Willing to put in effort to listen and work successfully with customers to achieve “win-win†outcomes.

Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Agriculture or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 years experience as Sales Coordinator
- Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of sales policies and regulations in Indonesia
- Fluent in english both writing and speaking
