We are looking for a proactive assistant sales manager to work from our showroom in Bali.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Bali, Seminyak

Job Responsibilities:

-         Build Business by identifying the needs of existing and new clients and prospects

-         Increase customer satisfaction through excellent sales support

-         Maintain a nurture relationship with existing clients

-         Reach out to new leads and prospects

Job Duties:

-         Assist the sales in our retail store, serve clients and the team in all sales and showroom related activities

-         Handle client requests in the showroom and client locations

-         Create and maintain positive client relationships to build business in the showroom, by phone and email

-         Understand clients needs and identify product trends to meet clients requirements

-         Perform up-selling and cross-selling of products to clients

-         Develop and maintain sales records of customers entering the showroom, sales charts, invoicing, follow up activities, etc.

-         Provide excellent customer service and work closely with the production team by addressing and resolving customer queries in a timely manner

-         Support in the delivery organization, instructing clients in installation issues, follow up with clients on site if needed

Skills, Experience and Qualification:

-         At least 2 years of working experience in the sales field, retail sales

-         Candidate must have a at least a bachelor degree in business, sales or related field

-         Experience in online sales

-         Excellent and fluent in English and Bahasa, written and spoken

-         Outstanding communication skills and interpersonal capabilities

-         Excellent organizing skills

-         Dynamic and proactive

-         Technical skills: Email, Sales CRM, Office, Google
