Engineering Manager

JOB SUMMARY:

To lead and manage various engineering functions in the operations.

QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES:

·        Minimum of 10 years on-the-job experience in Plastic Manufacturing Industry

·        Min Bachelor Degree in Technical Field, computer literate, experienced in ERP system

·        Speak fluent English (other foreign language is an advantage)

·        Excellent writing and verbal communication and presentation skills

·        Must have excellent time and project management skills

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Develops and improves process capability on all new and current processes throughout the facility;

·        Troubleshoots and diagnoses problems related to engineering and processes;

·        Supervise the team when new projects are introduced into the company;

·        Cooperate with Management and relevant department to evaluate project specification;

·        Handle and supervise automation/digitization projects to improve productivity;

·        Develop and execute Programs to build and develop Engineering strength
