Position Summary
MRE Engineer responsible for planning & controlling of all Maintenance, Repair and Engineering activities within the company. Lead a team of technicians in providing Maintenance, Repair and Engineering (Spare parts) services to ensure that all machines and equipment are in good operating condition and available for production as needed.

- Managing and scheduling the workload of a team of personnel in the daily operations with regards to Maintenance, Repairs and Engineering (tooling and spare parts)
- Develop Master Preventive Maintenance Plan and ensure that the scheduled maintenance of all production equipments is carried out cost effectively and timely without disruption to production schedules and commitment to customers
- Manage and control the spare parts availability
- Collaborate with contractors or third parties in order to control maintenance and repair of units apart of production machines
- Investigate and propose long term solution to achieve minimum breakdown occurrence to achieve long term cost saving for company
- Prepare management reports monthly or on an as needed basis for management review in areas related to MRE operations
- Develop and Implement procedures, working instruction and other standards in MRE department
Required Qualifications:
- Education background: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 7 years working experience in Maintenance, with minimum 3 years as supervisor.
- Broad-based, hands-on knowledge and experience with various types of instrument and electrical systems, equipment and software.
- Strong skill in PLC programming.
- Strong Troubleshooting skill.
- Having knowledge in Mechanical System would be advantageous
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Good command in English
