Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle operation of FUSE Internal System
• Analyze current sales performance and create the report needed.
• Regularly collect sales data and do data reconcilliation
• Responsible as contact point from Sales Team.
• Maintain agreed Service Level Agreement for each appointed tasks.
• Prepare any requested data related to benefits table and employee data.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma Degree, with minimum 1-2 years of experience as Data Analyst/Business Analyst/Administration Support.
• Previous experience from Insurance, Broker Insurance. Knowledge in Health Insurance or Employee Benefits product is preferable
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Proven ability to in using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet to create data tracking.
• Discipline, target oriented, Good communication skill, able to work both individual and team.
• Able to work with minimum supervision, agile and able to adapt in fast environment
