Job Descriptions :

• Processing orders and ensuring that they are accurate and complete.
• Collecting and analyzing sales data, generating reports, and providing insights to the sales team
• Assist with various administrative tasks, such as managing the sales team's calendars, preparing quotations for the sales team & any documents needed for tender/ project
• Managing customer data and updating sales records in the CRM system.
• Work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, and technical to ensure that the sales team has the resources and support they need to be successful.
• Make sure all maintenance agreements are updated and collaborate with Inside Sales to handle the agreement
• Responsible for providing regular reports to the Sales Manager on the performance of their jobs, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirement :

• D3, S1 degree from any Major (knowledge of IT Technologies is highly preferred)
• 1+ years of proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or a similar role in the Sales Department. Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
• Highly proficient in computer software systems such as MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint.
• Strong knowledge of spreadsheets (advanced MsExcel data processing)
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English
• Having Knowledge of Bitrix24 CRM Software and/or Accurate Accounting Software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with good accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills and works well with a team, as well as individually.
