Job Requirement:

• Minimum education S1, D3 Secretarial, accounting, marketing or relative field, business administration.
• Experienced at least 2 years in related field
• Able to speak and write good English, Mandarin is a plus.
• Experienced in Pharmacy (Healthcare and medical care) is preferred
• Understand about basic accounting, able to assist the business development (business plan)., assist sales & marketing team to send product introductions to selected target audiences via email, letters, phone calls, or social media platforms and make phone calls. 
• Job location: BSB city Semarang
• Able to work independently and flexibly in a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work overtime/in the weekend if needed.
• Mastering Microsoft Office

Job description

• Assist the President Director plus sales & marketing agenda and help plan appointments, conferences, daily meetings
• Assist Sales and Marketing doing cold call such as promotion letter, product introduction, etc to selected target audience (Email, phone call and social media platform)
• Manage all activities and agenda 
• Tax reporting tasks
• To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Superior
