Lowongan Internal Audit Manager di PT Sejahtera Sama Kita

We are looking for an internal audit manager to coordinate and oversee the internal audit activities within the organization.

Job Description:

As the Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible for diving deep into the financial records and ensuring that every asset, liability, receipt, expenditure, and transaction is accurately accounted for. You will be evaluating the company's systems to guarantee that they comply with all policies, plans, procedures, laws, and regulations that have a significant impact on the business.

As a key member of our team, you will evaluate our operations and programs to ensure they align with the objectives and goals of the company. Additionally, you will ensure that every operation and program is executed flawlessly according to the plan. You will be the first line of defense against significant risk and control issues, including fraud risk, governance issues, and other potential issues.

In this role, you will review the effectiveness of our internal controls and ensure that all employees comply with policies and procedures. Finally, you will perform ad-hoc investigations and reviews at the request of the Audit Committee or Management.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or other related major.
• We're looking for someone with 4-5 years of relevant experience in internal audit and/or risk control.
• Candidates who hold certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) will have an added advantage.
• If you also have knowledge and experience with Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) regulations, specifically related to multi-finance business, that would be a big plus.
• The ideal candidate will have the skills and knowledge to examine all areas of the financial institution's operations.
• Experience in Risk Management and Compliance is essential for this role.
• You should be able to prepare and interpret audit information, and use it to develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• You should be a team player who is focused and passionate, and able to inspire confidence in others.
