Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description:

1. Follow up update new menu's.

2. Understanding food produce and set up varieties menu's.

3. Responsible for setup, pricing, merchandizing/display, payment, sales tracking sales/reporting/patterns, breakdown/cleanup.

4. Coordinate the order, purchase, tracking and delivery of fruit and produce.

5. Check all Supervisor FS reports (weekly report, sales, payments, ect)

6. Coordination with FS Supervisor for make a budget report (monthly & yearly).

7. Direct communication between Farm Stand and Owner (Farm Stand Representative).

8. Leading the team and make sure the team is following the SOP/Rule.

9. Handle complex customer service issues

10. Understands what is selling and what is not through analyzing and interpreting sales reports. Responsible for bringing in new items to increase profits and cutting items that do not sell.

11. Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the Farm stand, including the area around the stand.

Qualification:

1. Has knowledge in F&B Industry

2. Min. 2 Years experience in similar position

3. Fluent in English

4. Hospitality education background

5. Has leadership, good attitude and pleasant personality

6. Able to join immediately
