Job description & requirements

This role is responsible for the designing and operationalizing enterprise security in Halodoc, including performing security review & hardening for servers, network devices, applications, and monitoring compliance level of security configurations against organization’s Technology policy / procedures, and industry best practice. 

● Identify and review security issues, vulnerabilities, and security misconfigurations of operating systems and infrastructure, both for on-premise and cloud environments.

● Develop and perform ongoing review of organization’s Technology security policy and procedures, especially in the area of enterprise security. 

● Perform continuous assessment of security design of various IT infrastructures services (Routing, Switching, DNS, Firewall)

● Assess the infrastructure security aspect of new proposed application tools / platforms from the Technology team, and relevance/consequences to existing security architecture.

● Implement new, and update existing infrastructure security measures for the protection of organization’s infrastructure at various different channels, such as endpoint, server, network, etc.

● Participate in the Security Incident Response Team on a case by case basis. 

● Provide report on regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly)

Job qualification / Requirements:

● 3-5 years of direct experiences working in enterprise security or cloud security or site reliability engineering

● Hands-on experience in securing cloud environments using GCP, AWS, and/or Azure will be preferred

● Good understanding in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and highly available cloud solutions, using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes

● Experience working with micro services would be an advantage

● Good understanding of using vulnerability assessment tools

● Possessing knowledge with best practices in application security

● Have a solid understanding of data security best practices (at rest, in flight, in use) 

● Ability to build risk models and analyze security weaknesses in complex technology deployments.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially conveying complex information in simple and understandable explanations.

● Security certifications would be beneficial, while certifications related to cyber defense / security analyst would be a strong advantage.

Ability to adapt and embrace change in a fast-paced, changing environment.
