Job description & requirements

Responsible for supply chain operations of the organization in Branches, Distribution Centres, and Regional Distribution Centre to ensure leading practices result in cost-effective distribution, inventory control, supply, and service support needed to deliver excellence in pharmaceutical & healthcare products to patients through the integrated system and CDOB, GDP WHO, and ISO standard. Also responsible for supply chain development in warehouse design & standardization to meet basic principles and business requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create the company’s supply chain strategy
• Implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and periodic (annually and quarterly) operating planning
• Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth
• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
• Evaluate the overall division's performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
• Proactively lead and empower the supply chain operations managers to encourage operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years experience in the supply chain industry, working in leadership positions in a pharmaceutical company
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills using various improvement tools and methods
• Solid leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
• Solid understanding of supply and demand planning
• Able to generate creative solutions for operation issues and empower relevant teams to execute the solutions properly
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)
