• Reporting and Documenting
• Follow up, monitor, and execute request or change from clients and/or internal team
• Build data processing tools to provide client database, report, and dashboard
• Accountable for executing, process and technology with a goal of delivering high quality and on-time data according to internal SLAs
•  Identify problems; determine root cause as well as short- and long-term resolution
• Review data for errors and inconsistencies
• Support commercial team with excellent service 
• Coordination and aligning with other stakeholder of input, process and output

• Data Processing : Excel, MySQL, MS Access, Phyton
• Data Visualization : Tableau, Power BI, Excel Dashboard
• Statistic Background or have strong knowledge with Statistic
• Have a passion for working with data, detail and thorough
• Agile, resilient, and good communicationDigital mindset
