Job Description Senior Retail Executive (Retail Services Placement- Handling retailer account) Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Responsible for monthly regular reports to clients Maintain up to date market knowledge on all product categories audited by undertaking regular market visits, at least once a month, to maintain knowledge of the current and future market offerings, and regularly perform model comparisons to build a high level of product knowledge Ensure regular data collection from the retail partners Perform regular data quality check to ensure GfK produces accountable data Provide recommendations to key partner retailers Benchmark retailer performance vs. total market and/or a set of main competitors to develop insight from the likely causes of any over/underperformance Assessment of product performance at category, segment and sub-segment level Identification and quantification of threats and opportunities by product type, brand and price band Range-recommendation on model level based on top selling models Key Skills Requirement: 1-2 years of client management experience, preferably in research agency Data analysis Presentation skills
