Job Description :

1. Prepare and/or revise HSE procedure, work instruction and other HSE MS documentation needed in his work unit.

2. Ensuring that QHSEMS documents remain legible and readily identifiable, prevented from damage or lost

3. Support the QHSE Coordinator and team with planning, coordinating, and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objective are met.

4. Provide support to Project and operation team in all aspects safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issue.

5. Support the QHSE Coordinator in insuring HSE compliance onshore and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business

6. Provide support to the dept on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives (eg. ISO 9001 ,ISO 14001, ISO 45001 ,ISO 37001 etc

7. Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirement

8. Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s onshore training and HSE program (eg. Emergency response system, etc)

9. Investigate and complete the process for close out of all accident investigation reports and prepare and submit lessons learned to the HSE Manager for promulgation to the management

10. Mange safety statistic reporting, track and provide regular HSE performance reporting to the dept head

11. Provide HSE aspects of company Bid submission as requested

12. Assist in the development of project specific HSE procedure

13. Conduct HSE trainings and orientation to all new employees

14. Ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with Company Policies and Safety Standard

15. Developing and maintaining internal training program.

16. Responsible to ensure that employees adhere to HSE programs such as Safety Observation, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment, Permit to work system, etc.

17. Support in the development of work site HSE campaigns and good practices.

18. Implementation, maintenance and improvement of QHSEMS

19. Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment at workplace, in coordination with relevant activity manager or supervisor

20. Setting up and implement Risk Control 

21. Identification and evaluation of Environmental Aspects and Impacts at workplace and ensure that control measures are in place

22. Preparing, reviewing and updating HIRA List

23. Setting up and implement Risk Control 

24. Identification and evaluation of Applicable Legal Requirements.

25. Reviewing and updating List of Applicable Regulation.

26. Provide HSE Induction to Employee, subcontractors, visitors, etc

27. H&S reporting to Disnaker

28. Evaluating personnel's conformance to Competence Requirements and preparing/updating Matrix of Competence.

29. Evaluation of Training attended by subordinate

30. Participating in Order Review regarding HSE requirement, including clarification and Follow Up.

31. Scheduling Emergency Preparedness Drill (Evacuation Drill, Fire Fighting Drill, First Aider Training and Large Chemical Spillage Drill)

32. Conducting Emergency Preparedness Drill as per schedule

33. Investigate the root cause of near miss/accident and recommend corrective and preventive action.

34. Performing data analysis for QHSEMS processes 

35. Responsible to ensure that employees adhere to company’s QHSE policy, including Drug and Alcohol Abuse Policy, Smoking Policy, etc.
