Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain WhatsApp usage for telemarketing agents
  • Generate and analyze performance reports
  • Coordinate with other departments for necessary resources
  • Conduct quality checks on recorded calls
  • Assist in training new telemarketing agents
  • Handle administrative tasks and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Collaborate with the team to improve operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (active)
  • Have experience in Fintech is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to change
  • Problem-solving and multitasking abilities
