Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment.
- Cook food in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all dishes are cooked well.
- Check and Monitor food material stock.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
Requirement :
- Age max 45 years.
- Proven work experience as a Chef min. 5 years.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes, especially Chinese food.
- Fluent in Mandarin preferred.
