Lowongan Purchasing Officer di PT Air Drilling

POSITION OBJECTIVE: 

• Permanent research product reliability, and new supplier Local and International.
• Follow the RFP process from start to finish for high-value or complex purchases.
• Improve the cost and efficiency.
• Apply the ADA procurement policies.
• Maintain supplier performance records and conduct regular reviews to assess value and compliance.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive Purchase Request from User
• Product research / sourcing and identifying potential suppliers who could provide goods or services at a lower cost than current suppliers.
• Negotiating with vendors to obtain the best deals on materials and services.
• Budgeting/costing simulation and cost saving and choose the best option cost/time
• Coordinate with other dept (QHSE, ENG) and ensure the conformity of the product.
• Create Purchase Order in ADA system “LINK”  
• Make sure the ordered goods come as requested and coded properly.
• Track Purchase Order and ensure timely delivery
• Receive and check invoice from vendors
• Coordinating with the delivery team (warehouse and logistics) 
• Update the SRM evaluation / revaluation and conduct all form due diligence in regard to the procurement.
