5. Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
6. Communication and leadership skills
7. Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
8. Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets

Job Description:

1. Manage day to day frachise operations company
2. Create bussiness franchise and operations development outlets
3. Oversee the day-to-day operations of all franchise outlets, ensuring consistency with brand standars and guidelines
4. Develop operational procedures, training materials, and guidelines for franchisees.
5. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to optimize operations and customer satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with marketing, HRD, and supply chain teams for seamless execution
7. Coordinates with outsourced roles for smooth execution
8. Identifies suitable locations and manages property negotiations
