Lowongan PURCHASING STAFF di PT Lion Wings

Responsible for carrying out packaging purchases using administrative procedures and documentation that comply with procedures. Daily work full responsibility for scheduling control and delivery of goods from vendors according to needs and planning as well as the adequacy of purchasing quantities on a weekly and monthly basis.

Responsibilities:

• Daily purchasing reports, order processing and document completeness.
• Create a PO & arrival schedule.
• Schedule and reschedule PO based on planning orders.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding the need for information on the arrival of goods to other sections related to the order.
• Carry out the Request For Quotation (RFQ) process in accordance with the Supervisor's instructions.
• Taking action & coordination to resolve problems with insufficient goods, quality issues according to NCR & delivery problems.
• Submit daily NCR information to vendors and visit vendors regarding quality audits.
• Save / doc file PO, quotation & all other related documents. Responsible directly to the Purchasing Supervisor.
• Make daily reports of goods receipt & daily PO data.
• Weekly / monthly reports & evaluations: price trends, order allocation & recording all purchasing issues/problems.
• Understand & implement PT's ISO 9001:2000 Quality Policy & Quality Targets. Lion Wings with full responsibility.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate up to 1 year of experience
• Min Bachelor's Degree/S1 in International Business/Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering with min. GPA 3.00/4.00
• Strong in analytical data and processing, cooperative and good communication and able to work following changes and dynamic regional and global business dynamics.
• Fluent in English/Chinese, advance in Microsoft Excel min Pivot Table, macros preferred.
• Personality: Disciplined, honest, creative, thorough and enthusiastic about learning and willing to partner learning.
• Working Hour: Non-Shift, Monday-Friday (8AM - 5PM)
