Role Description

This is a contract IT Project Management Office (PMO) role located on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia. As an IT PMO, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage projects from initiation through to execution to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations. You will also be responsible for maintaining project status reports, identifying risks, tracking project progress, and ensuring project deliverables are completed as planned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in IT project management, project management methodologies (Agile/SCRUM, Waterfall), and tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.
• Good presentation skill and communication skill.
• Fast learner, Driven, curious, proactive and able to work independently.
• Possess outstanding analytical thinking, multi-tasking work habit, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, and influence cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Fluent in English
