Key tasks:

• Communication with drivers, helping them with registration and day-to-day travel issues;
• Handling feedback and claims of customers;
• Monitor the service rules violations;
• Present drivers and passengers with information regarding new service conditions or promotions;
• Participation in promotional campaigns, negotiations with local partners and the organization of car branding.

This job is for you if you:

• have strong command of both English and Bahasa (verbal and written);
• are able to prioritize your tasks;
• can easily find a common ground with people and understand the client's needs;
• are not afraid to work with claims and can calmly resolve any misunderstandings;
• are ready to take responsibility and solve basic tasks independently, without involving your manager.
