Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 3 years working experience as Supervisor/Assistant Manager/ Manager in retail industry will be an advantage
• Fluent in English (will be adventage).
• Working according to store operational hours.
• Available to work during the weekend.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Presentable appearance, excellent communication skill.
• Capable to lead the Sales Team.
• Have ample administration knowledge
• Have strong leadership and customer management skills.
• Multitasking and a strong will to learn and develop.
• Good administration & reporting skills
• Willing to work in Karawang, West Java
• Can Join as soon as possible

Job Description :

• Managing Store Operations: ensuring that each store within their area is operating efficiently and effectively. Be responsible for buying, sales, business planning, product presentation, stock control, sales service, store operation (all levels), store promotions/marketing, operational marketing
• Training and Development: training and developing store staff and other team members within their area. They ensure that team members have the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to perform their jobs effectively.
• Sales and Performance Management: setting sales goals for each store within their area and monitoring performance against those goals.
• Inventory Management: ensuring that each store within their area has the appropriate level of inventory to meet customer demand.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, etc)
