FINANCE ASSISTANT

We are looking for a finance assistant to support our financial department. The responsibilities of a finance assistant include processing payments, updating financial records, and managing invoices.

Responsibilities:

·      Processing daily payment day by day (Operational expense, office/apartment utilities, tax payment)

·      Support Finance Manager for reporting to HQ

·      Applicants must understand Indonesian taxationable to operate (E tax invoice PPN, PPH unification PPH 23, 4.2)

·      Applicant must have strong knowledge in accounting

·      Issue invoice and tax invoice (PPN) to customer

·      Experience in annually audit

·      Monitor A/R & A/P aging

·      Applicant must be willing to work in PIK

Requirements:

·      Degree in accounting or finance

·      Have Knowledge in Brevet A & B Taxing point plus

·      English speaking (professional proficiency)

·      Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

·      Have passion in Finance & Accounting role

·      Good attitude

·      Well verse of accounting system
