CUSTOMER RELATION ASSOCIATE

Job Description :

• Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and personalized interactions.
• Assist in the development of promotional materials such as brochures, pamphlets, leaflets, and other print materials
• Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement in both marketing and customer relations.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, including creating posts, responding to comments, and measuring performance.
• Support in planning, coordinating, and executing promotional events such as public display or customer gathering.
• Track key performance indicators related to customer engagement and marketing efforts and provide regular reports to management.

Candidate Requirements :

1. Maximum 26 years old.
2. Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
3. Diploma or bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Hospitality, Business Management, or related fields.
4. Proficiency in MS.Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holiday as needed.
7. Positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.
