• Coordinates and prepares all cooking in the Indian kitchen.
• Prepares, cuts, cooks, arranges, and serves the Indian cuisines as required.
• Controls cost by minimizing spoilage, waste and exercising portion controls.
• Handles machines, equipment, and utensils the proper way and clean them after use.
• Follows established procedures and make suggestions for improvement.
• Responsible for presentation, taste, and timeliness of sections production.
• To ensure compliance of hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Undertakes any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by your superiors from time to time.
• Job rotation (Non-Veg & Veg)

Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years in Indian Cuisines.
• Passionate individual in Indian cuisines.
• Communication with team.
