QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor Degree with +5 years of experiences in Payroll and Compensation & Benefit (C&B) matters
• Proficient in payroll, C&B, HRIS, Pph 21, Social Security (BPJS TK & KES), and Indonesia Labor Law
• Have knowledge of Industrial Relationship is advantageous
• Can working Independent and/or with team, sharpness in seeing data and good for logical thinking
• Willing to travel Jakarta - Cikarang
