Lowongan Sales Account Manager di PT Serveone Mro Indonesia

DETAIL JOB DESCRIPTION 

1. Responding to clients' requests related to orders and issues
2. Receiving clients' PO and requesting RFQ to the purchasing department
3. Updating material price into the system based on the agreement
4. Analysis of NC material and preparing claim reports and finding problem-solving through intense communication with the suppliers
5. Updating stock data and ensuring the accuracy and availability of material stock according to clients' needs in the ERP system
6. Building and maintaining good business relations with clients
7. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to clients
8. Communicate with another department for import material regarding the shipment schedule, items, and quantity 

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in any major 
• Must have a passion for sales or marketing
• Having an experience in Sales of Raw Material and Indirect Material
• Experience as Account Manager is preferably
• Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (especially Ms. Excel) 
• Familiar with ERP systems (such as SAP) 
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset 
• Having good networking and strong leadership
• Good communication in English
• Willing to work at MM2100 Industrial Park Cibitung or Karawang
