Lowongan ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING ASSISTANT MANAGER di PT System Engineering Integrator Indonesia

Key Accountabilities:

1. Supervise subordinates to ensure design and engineering standards are met as per customer requirements.
2. Supervise timely execution for projects scheduling for all subordinates with emphasis on manpower and skills allocation.
3. Supervise subordinates to ensure projects budget allocation is controlled and adhered to for project and labor expenses.
4. Interact continually with Sales & Marketing to update on customer satisfaction for products and projects.
5. Be actively involved with Purchasing and PPC departments for the control and improvements of project expenditure and scheduling

Education & Experiences:

1. Bachelor Electrical Engineering
2. Minimum 5 years include supervisory experiences

Supervisory and Technical skills Requirement:

1. Having proven Supervisory and Leadership skill in related type industry
2. Knowledge of Electrical wiring & program for special purpose machines, jigging and conveyancing, including their wiring diagram and program design, uses, repair and maintenance
3. Knowledge of software program for PLC and Robot.
4. Knowledge of design techniques for program design and wiring diagram
5. Basic understanding of English language
6. Willing to be placed in CIKARANG
