Experiences in sectors like: manufacturing, food, energy, oil & gas

Knowledge on mechanic, electric, control command

Technical skills to be able:

1. To do an risk assessment
2. To get knowledge on mechanics

• Motion by engine
• Motion generate by motor/ transmission parts
• Motion generate by motor/ drives, or axis motors
• Motion generate by pneumatics elements
• Motion generate by hydraulic elements
• Notion of lifting

3.To read an electrical drawing

4.Know how on technology applicable to machines and process PLC

• Safety PLC
• Safety relay / safety controller
• Power supply
• Power supply / Neutral connection

5.Knowledge on different application to machines

• Welding
• Laser function (Welding, marking, cutting…)
• Dust smokes generation…;

6.Knowledge on external elements to machines

• How to manage Explosion risk
• How to manage Fire risk
• How to manage environment risk
• How to manage the mobility risk
• How to manage the lifting risk

Others skills know-how:

1. To be able to manage project
2. To be able to work in total autonomous
3. To be curios, and follow up the technology applicable on the machine and process machines (New technology, safety, collaborative robot, IA …)
4. To have a good level in English (For reporting, and share with the machine safety expert)
5. To have an approach consultant, able to provide advises to our clients
