• Product Technical Engineer is accountable for the deliverables of R&D due to ensure the success of the project
• The R&D member in the P0 Project team / Launch Project team is the R&D referent in the Batam launch site to support the different aftermarket activities:( Customer range management (new creation, modification, discontinuation, product modification, Participation in weekly meeting of Launch Project, Lead weekly Technical meeting )

Responsible :

• Responsible for R&D activities respecting project QCD objectives and customer requirements
•  Product detailed definition based on customer needs / requirements and Project Manager / Customer Office inputs
• Definition of compliance Matrix vs. Customer requirements if needed
• Engineering BOM (EBOM) definition in the RFQ phase
• EBOM creation in PLM in the development phase
• Validation of MBOM (Manufacturing BOM in SAP) and Master sample in the launch phase
• EBOM update in case of modifications
• Product validation organization and follow-up in the Batam lab
• Participate to Design Reviews (internal and with suppliers)
• Support warranty returned parts analysis & propose corrective action plan
• Participate to warranty returned parts with Quality
• Responsible for product test/validation on vehicles for the Asean market (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thaïland, and potential support for other countries…)
• Regular Application / Field Test to be performed based on marketing & project requirement
• Active participation to accomplish all internal requirements (V5000, IATF 16949, ISO14001, ISO45001) applicable with the position's activities.
• Compliance of all internal legal safety, ergonomic and environmental requirements.
• Accomplishment of all internal and external customer requirements
• The above mentioned activities are not limited, and may be extended to other cross-functional activities, when required by the Organization
