We are looking for skilled individual to be part of our team who delivers a well-balanced blend of professional management and personalized financial planning as Finance Manager in PT Atoz Teknik Sejahtera's MEP and IT Infrastructure contractor business, based in Jakarta Indonesia.

This amazing role offers the opportunity to:

• Lead the finance, accounting, and supply chain team
• Overseeing operational finance, accounting and tax for business activities (AR, AP, Tax, Procurement & Cash flow management)
• Assuming responsibility for the company's financial and strategic analysis and its implementation, such as identifying business needs and issues, process improvement, and short-term and long-term financial goals.
• Prepare monthly management report and analysis
• Manage and support finance and accounting for business activities and lead the regular internal weekly payments and monthly closing and presentation to management.
• Work closely with management to develop business plan and forecast.
• Ensure proper business and risks management processes associated with the company's financial activities.
• Interpret, implement and monitor company policies and procedures to ensure financial information is reported in accordance with local legal requirements.
• Develop the skills of people, systems, and processes to promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as Finance manager/ Management accountant
• Experience in construction industry will be advantageous
• Strong academic background with a finance-related degree
• Fluency in English
